FAQ

Pokemon team sheet generator FAQ

Q1

What does the generator read from a Showdown export?

It reads the Pokemon name, held item, Ability, Tera Type, and move lines. It leaves EVs, IVs, levels, and natures out of the public preview.

Q2

Is this an official tournament submission form?

No. It is a preparation and print tool. Always use the current organizer or Play! Pokemon form when an event requires an official submission.

Q3

Does the team data leave my browser?

No team submission is sent by this tool. Parsing and preview generation happen in the page JavaScript.

Q4

Can I create a sheet with fewer than six Pokemon?

Yes. Partial teams are useful for drafts and practice, while the status message shows how many sets were detected.

Q5

Why are some fields missing?

Check the Showdown labels and blank lines. Ability and Tera Type need their standard labels, and moves need to start with a hyphen.
